Massage Therapy Policies

• Massage sessions are by appointment only, unless otherwise indicated by special notification.  Please call Hands for You Massage at 806-789-8343 to schedule your massage appointment.

• Please arrive 15 minutes (10 for returning clients) before your scheduled massage to allow time for any paperwork or consultation.
  
  
  
• An appointment may be cancelled if client is 20 or more minutes past the massage start time.  Efforts will be made to contact the client to reschedule the appointment
  
  
• Payment is expected immediately following completed appointments.
  

Other important information:

• Techniques to be used may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Joint Range of  motion techniques and stretches etc.

• Body parts included during massage are: head, face, neck, shoulders, back, arms, hip flexors, legs (front and back), ribs, hands and feet.

• The massage therapist will NOT engage in genital massage. No exceptions!

• Standard professional draping will be used, meaning only the body part being massaged will be exposed at any given time.

Cancellations

At  Hands For You Massage we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies:

• 24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows someone else to take advantage of our services at that time.

Arriving late

If you see that you are going to be late for your scheduled appointment, please give us a courtesy call.  At that time we will determine whether to go ahead with the massage session (although a little off-schedule), or to reschedule the appointment entirely.  Rescheduling is sometimes necessary if previously booked appointments will be affected by starting your appointment late.  

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
